  • Curvaio products are described and depicted as accurately as possible, including colors, fabric details, and signature features (e.g., curved slits).

  • However, minor variations in texture or color may occur due to screen differences or production processes.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee product availability; final acceptance occurs once your order ships.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier conditions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@curvaio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Custom or limited edition items may not be eligible for return.

  • All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and designs (including our signature curved slit details), are the exclusive property of Curvaio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
